At ClearView Windows, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality window cleaning supplies and accessories. This Refund Policy explains the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving eligible products. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used cleaning chemicals, customized products, special-order items, clearance items, and products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are generally not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information before authorizing a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
Exchanges
Incorrect or defective items may be exchanged for the same product or a comparable replacement subject to inventory availability.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except when the return results from our error or a verified defective item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the standard return process.
